  • Establishing and managing domestic marketing operations
  • Wholesaler /dealer survey and facilitate appointment of suitable dealers
  • Day to day dealer sales management
  • Ensuring timely settlement of invoices by dealers
  • Work at the farmer level to create demand for the Plant Nutrition products
  • Maintain dealer credit control as per company policy from time to time
  • Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets in your area
  • Ensuring proper execution of all demand creation activities such as demos, farmer meetings, field days etc at the grass root level
  • To ensure compliance of HESQ policies of Yara at work.
  • Compliance at Yara India
  • Promoting and ensuring compliance with any statutory or regulatory requirements related to Yara’s business in India
  • Managing the business practices as per Yara’s Code of conduct and ethics guidelines

Education : B.Sc / M.Sc / PGD/ MBA / Doctorate in Agriculture/ Horticulture
