Executive – Market Capacity Building and Alternative Channel Development


  • Collaborate with Sales team for marketing skill development of retailers and field force
  • Identifying and attending networking activities and connect with prospective retailers and govt agencies to ensure fit for future training modules
  • Develop training calendars for retailer and FF network across geographies
  • Co-ordination with subject matter experts and crafting training proposals and contracts for rational and emotional hook for the future. Reviewing retailer/FF feedback and implement necessary changes
  • Retail account development; Awareness of Customer Strategy and Performance; Knows customer policies and procedures for different channels
  • Converts multi-channel data to insights; Using insights to influence customer behavior; Demonstrates category knowledge and performance drivers; Awareness of key Consumer and Shopper Insights
  • Manage and conduct Monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Field asset management and FF compliance
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective customers
  • Discover and explore new business opportunities with internal business case development

Required skills:

  •  Fresh graduate from any reputed university or 0-1 years of experience in relevant field
  •  Hardworking, can work remotely and agile
  •  Outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent presenter and confident
