CUSTOMER SUCCESS COORDINATOR
We are hiring a customer success representative to facilitate customer onboarding and engage with our customer base in a manner that builds long term relationships. This includes managing customer onboarding, processing product samples, and assisting with customer queries.
- Own the process and execution of sending product samples worldwide
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to keep detailed records of sample test results
- Collaborate with Sustainability & Quality teams to ensure on-time certification of products
- Own customer and supplier onboarding documentation
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to navigate challenging situations with composure.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Attention to detail
- Strong Customer Focus
- Ability to focus and work independently with little direction
