The Role

  • Develop strategy, execute launch, and manage growth of digital products and features:
  • Understand customers journeys, pain points and unmet needs, deriving insights to influence product roadmap, positioning, and messaging to customers
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Think segment prioritization, channel selection, pricing architecture, communication strategy.
  • Help design and execute programs in a data-driven approach to achieve demand generation goals
  • Build market intelligence and view on competitive landscape to influence overall product strategy and go-to-market
  • Lead the design of processes, roles and responsibilities, forums, and KPIs for new product line areas
  • Educate adjacent areas, field teams and partners on our market, value proposition, and product capabilities, developing materials required and leading presentations
  • Lead short-term missions in a variety of topics: define problem, create hypothesis, gather information, execute analysis, extract insights, create recommendation and communicate to relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate projects across areas and products, from design to delivery

Skills and Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to structure problems, execute high-quality analysis, extract insights, and make recommendations
  • Experience in project management with the ability to drive programs independently
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously
  • Embodies a “roll up their sleeves and get it done” start-up mindset
  • Sharp business acumen to contribute to a wide range of executive level discussions
  • Comfortable in different roles: leading, supporting, executing and being a thinking partner
  • Comfortable working with little direction but knowing when to ask for help
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, both in English and Portuguese

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting
  • Experience and/or interest in agtech/agribusiness
  • Experience in creating, launching and managing digital products
