Field sales executive (1-3 years experience)

Field sales executive role for early professionals expects the aspirants to achieve demands a greater level of engagement with the Agri-dealer and/or farmers to suit the targeting of the business. As an early professional you are expected to contribute positively to the growth in business from the target segment (agri dealers and/or farmers). You can be hired in this role by 

  1. Agri-input companies (selling seeds, fertilisers, pesticides etc.)
  2. Agri implement service companies & platforms ( tractors, harvesters, drones etc.)
  3. Agriculture co-operatives (FPOs) that are created to service farmers during the production stages 
  4. Contract aggregators/processors/retailers that are sourcing directly from farmers/co-operatives
  5. Agri-tech digital platforms and marketplace companies 
  6. Financial institutions and Insurance companies that are developing agriculture based financing/insurance products

This role is significant in all countries with significant outdoor production. A similar role is emerging in urban/controlled production value chains as well.
